Andrew Bullard - Head of Business
Andrew joined the Cashflow UK team as Head of Business in 2009 with nearly 30 years financial services experience, spanning a multitude of alternative finance products.
During his career Andrew has successfully held several senior management positions, and has a proven track record in developing successful teams. He joined Cashflow UK following 12 years at State Securities plc as Sales Director, and prior to this held director positions at CNC Leasing Ltd and Admiral Leasing Ltd.
Andrew leads the strategic direction of Cashflow UK, building on its reputation as a leading broker in the invoice finance market.
Andrew uses his breadth of knowledge of finance products and experience to consolidate existing relationships, as well as constantly developing new relationships with financial intermediaries

Kevin Weaver - Director of Broking
Kevin has finance experience spanning 30 years and joined the invoice finance market as an auditor with Security Pacific in 1989. He progressed into successful business development roles with both International Factors and Lombard. Kevin joined the team in 1996 as a Director and Shareholder and is now Director of Broking. Kevin’s wealth of industry knowledge means that he has a detailed understanding of the invoice finance providers – their strengths and specialisms. His extensive network and strong relationships with key industry figures means he is able to react quickly and use his influence to get businesses the best deal with a finance provider that is right for their business.
Karen Hamilton - Head of Broking
After 16 years sales and underwriting experience in the credit insurance industry, Karen moved into the invoice finance arena where she has worked for both banks and independent funders and so has a detailed knowledge and understanding of the requirements of invoice finance providers. Having joined Cashflow UK as Broking Manager in January 2004 she became Head of Broking in January 2008. Karen’s varied experience within the market, excellent contacts and understanding of the finance challenges businesses face makes her ideally placed to match clients with the right finance provider for their business.
Lee Coutanche - Broking Executive
Lee has a solid finance background having held positions at two national banks before joining Cashlfow UK. In his broking role he has developed an excellent rapport with many business owners and is skilled in understanding their individual finance requirements. He has built strong relationships with invoice finance providers and a good knowledge of the products offered within the market, which ensures he finds the right finance fit for his clients.
Nick Dewhirst - Client Relationship Executive
After graduating in International Business Nick worked for a multinational bank and set up his own business before joining the company in 2006. With experience in previously running his own business, combined with that gained when broking for Cashflow UK, he has developed a good understanding of the challenges SME’s face. Nick keeps in regular contact with clients to ensure their finance facilities are meeting their business requirements.
