Kevin Weaver
Having spent his early years in the military, Kevin now has finance experience spanning 30 years. He joined the debtor finance market as an auditor with Security Pacific in 1989 and having passed the Factors and Discounters Association Diploma progressed into successful business development roles with both International Factors and Lombard. Kevin joined the team in 1996 as a Director and Shareholder and is now Sales Director.

Karen Hamilton
Karen has been broking manager since January 2004. Her previous experience included sixteen years in credit insurance working for NCM in both an underwriting and sales capacity. She then spent five years as a business development manager in the Invoice Finance industry working for both Bank and independent Factors.

Julie Pyecroft
Julie has been Office Manager since 2001, and now ensures all aspects of the office environment including systems, processes and financials run smoothly. Julie's background centres on systems management, having spent many years as a Systems Manager for the south of England at Graham Builders Merchants, and eight years for a software house responsible for systems implementation.

Nick Dewhirst
After graduating in Business Studies Nick lived and worked in Brazil. Having spent over two years in the financial services industry, he joined the company in 2006. His main responsibilities include telemarketing and assisting with broking, and he is currently studying for the FDA Foundation course.

James Dale
James graduated from Cardiff University in 2006 with a degree in Physics, after which he gained sales experience working in a sector leading software house. He joined the team in early 2007 as a telemarketing executive and broking assistant, and is currently studying for the FDA Foundation course.

Yvette Grice
Yvette graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and followed this with a Masters in Applied Exercise Physiology. She has trained in Eastbourne as a full time triathlete since the end of 2004, and joined the team in early 2005, assisting Julie with the running of the office. In the last twelve months she has moved up to the full Ironman distance, competing across Europe and as far away as Florida.
